Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive 3-year technology roadmap aligned with the company's Vision 2026 goals.
- Tech Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) and assess their applicability to our business model.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for experimental technologies to ensure scalable implementation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical visions into clear business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Innovation Management: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional innovation across all departments.
- Future-Proofing: Audit current systems to ensure architectural longevity and compatibility with upcoming industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), AI/ML frameworks, and Cybersecurity protocols.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and integrating them into enterprise ecosystems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Visionary Drive: Demonstrated ability to set long-term strategic objectives and drive them to completion.
