Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of next-generation AI models and predictive algorithms.
- Define the technical vision for 2026 and beyond, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead a team of engineers in developing scalable cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies, including quantum computing and neural interfaces.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations and integrations.
- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycles, MLOps, and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
