- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype AI/quantum/IoT integration solutions

- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/blockchain/quantum initiatives
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals a plus
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for emerging tech (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies for complex projects
