Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with proven 5-year roadmap execution

- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D pipelines

- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
