Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for emerging fields including quantum AI, biodegradable electronics, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with venture capital teams to incubate and scale breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and market impact
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR, or climate tech
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable milestones
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- PhD or Master's in relevant STEM field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (patents, white papers, or keynotes)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
