Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
- Lead research and pilot programs for emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to determine feasibility and ROI.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and future-proof systems capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and product management, to drive innovation.
- Mentor technical leads and foster a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the technology landscape and propose strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategy, or Engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging technology trends, specifically those relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA or MS in Computer Science/Engineering) preferred.
