Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the end-to-end creation of the 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning long-term vision with quarterly execution plans.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, market shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify high-value opportunities.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and pilot forward-looking concepts to validate feasibility and ROI before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to ensure cross-functional alignment on future initiatives.
- Scenario Planning: Develop contingency strategies for various market scenarios to ensure business resilience.
- Presentation: Articulate complex strategic visions to diverse audiences, from technical teams to board members.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable, data-driven business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
