Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation projects and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and long-term sustainability goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching successful futuristic tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
