- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions and validating market fit
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology vision and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to generate breakthrough concepts
- Monitor competitor tech landscapes and identify first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption and commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical executives
- Portfolio of launched products or strategic initiatives in emerging tech
