Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations and assess their strategic implications for the organization
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical vision into actionable business initiatives
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible tech adoption
- Drive innovation labs focused on solving 2030-prep challenges in sustainability and human augmentation
- Represent the company in global tech forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, blockchain 3.0, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership on technological forecasting (white papers, patents, or TED talks)
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
