Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Manage innovation sprints with 20+ engineers and designers
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and market impact
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive innovations to enterprise level
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or decentralized systems
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, engineering, and external partners
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (patents, journals, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Toffler's Future Shock)
