Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing technologies
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Create technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Develop KPIs to measure technology readiness and ROI for 2026 initiatives
- Guide ethical considerations in next-generation technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future tech roadmaps (5+ years ahead)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- MSc or PhD in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation)
- Published thought leadership in future tech trends
