Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Design strategic frameworks for technology adoption and implementation
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech ecosystem shifts and competitive intelligence
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech forecasting and implementation
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, Technology Policy)
