Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling tech solutions to $50M+ impact
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ tech trends
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Innovation (STI)
