Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in Web4.0 and decentralized systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks and ethical AI governance
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong public speaking skills with executive-level presentation experience
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
