Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with agile methodologies
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, sustainable computing) for competitive advantage
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and venture partners securing $2M+ innovation budgets
- Mentor a 12-person R&D squad in rapid prototyping and tech validation cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, biometric interfaces, or climate-tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar tier-1 tech publications
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston
