Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, AR/VR, quantum applications)
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging tech landscape assessments
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical innovations into commercial products
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage technology innovation pipeline with 3-5 year horizons
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across enterprise functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products/services
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data analytics and business acumen
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) preferred
