Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence in rapidly evolving tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a network of industry experts, academic partners, and tech incubators
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology implementation and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, space tech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Engineering/Computer Science) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in emerging technologies or innovation management preferred
