Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web4.0)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof solutions into current offerings
- Present strategic briefings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused decision frameworks
- Develop patent strategies and IP protection protocols for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-oriented products or services
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of market disruption patterns and tech adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
