Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain) and their market viability
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech solutions into current product roadmaps
- Build and manage a high-performance innovation lab focused on 5-10 year horizons
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with startups and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping across technical teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
