As a pivotal member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing experts, neuroscientists, and sustainability architects to develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies. Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with policy experts to shape tech regulations
- Identify disruptive market opportunities in Web4 and metaverse ecosystems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks
