Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends to develop forward-looking strategic plans for 2026
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives and market expansion goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning to anticipate industry disruptions and position Innovatech proactively
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Present compelling technology visions and roadmaps to stakeholders, investors, and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
