Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market integration
- Develop comprehensive 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess their impact on our innovation strategy
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Manage a $2M+ annual innovation budget with measurable KPIs for technology adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, or quantum computing)
- Experience developing and implementing multi-year technology transformation strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong stakeholder management experience across C-suite and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
- Fluency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, scenario planning)
