Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech capabilities into product roadmaps
- Build and manage a network of industry experts, academic partners, and innovation labs
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D sprints, and technology incubation programs
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on compliance and opportunity frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and future forecasting
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems and academia
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation management
