Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum applications, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, and government agencies
- Oversee a $50M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation frameworks
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives, investors, and industry forums
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists in future technologies and innovation methodologies
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for proprietary breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Prior executive experience in Fortune 500 tech companies or unicorn startups
- Published research or patents in high-impact journals/conferences
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
