Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in C-suite roles
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology

- Expertise in scenario planning using Monte Carlo simulations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Security clearance for DoD/AI ethics compliance projects
