Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps spanning AI, quantum, biotech, and clean energy
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ budgets and 50+ engineers
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies through strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Build and lead a 20-person innovation lab focused on 2026 technology adoption
- Drive patent strategy targeting 50+ IP filings in quantum/AI domains
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and Global Tech Forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in CTO/Chief Futurist roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field from top-tier institution
- Published 20+ papers in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI ethics, and climate-tech innovation
- Experienced with ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and UN SDG alignment
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ industry-defining tech launches post-2020
