Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap across emerging domains
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in next-gen tech (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Develop implementation frameworks for futuristic technologies with 3-5 year horizons
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives and growth targets
- Manage innovation labs and pilot programs for experimental technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record leading cross-functional tech initiatives at scale
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain systems
- Experience developing 5-year+ technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum AI) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
