Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype next-gen solutions targeting 2026 market demands
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Build and mentor an innovation lab focused on sustainable tech adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience scaling tech operations across multiple geographies
