- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies aligned with UN SDGs
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grants
- Present future-tech visions to C-suite executives and government committees
- Build and lead a 15-person multidisciplinary innovation team
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or neural networks
- Track record of launching $10M+ tech ventures with 3+ exits
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of blockchain, synthetic biology, and advanced robotics
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international partnerships
