Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML-powered predictive analytics platforms
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, Web3, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Design scalable digital ecosystems integrating IoT, blockchain, and autonomous systems
- Present strategic technology blueprints to stakeholders with ROI-driven implementation plans
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor innovation fellows and lead hackathons for disruptive solution ideation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching 3+ industry-transforming products or platforms
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional leadership in matrix organizations with 50+ direct/indirect reports
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, ACM, or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Portfolio of 2026+ tech patents or open-source contributions
