Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future tech disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in and resources for innovation initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory impacts on future technologies
- Manage R&D pipeline with emphasis on sustainable and ethical tech solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-facing tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or future studies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
