Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 technology vision and strategic roadmap for the organization.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Cross-functional leadership to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives for future tech adoption.
- Predict market shifts and prepare the company for long-term disruption.
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product strategy, R&D management, or future-tech consulting.
- Proven track record of leading long-term strategic planning cycles (5+ years out).
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging computing paradigms.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
