- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech initiatives into corporate strategy and resource allocation
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 5-year technological transformation milestones
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives and visual storytelling

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year planning success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or strategic certification preferred
- Track record of launching at least two market-defining technology products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict technological convergence points
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and futures-thinking frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong presentation skills with history of influencing executive decisions through data-backed innovation proposals
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology roadmaps executed with measurable business outcomes
