- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and industry stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with emerging tech regulations and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite roles
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution (Stanford, MIT, Harvard)
- Experience with international tech policy (WTO, OECD)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
