Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions and validating market viability
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate strategic tech initiatives into corporate vision
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D partnerships with academia/industry leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing P&L for tech initiatives and securing multi-million dollar budgets
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, startups, research institutions)
- Certification in strategic planning or innovation management preferred
