Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen AI and quantum computing applications
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging technologies (Web4, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with measurable ROI tracking
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
- Collaborate with product teams on tech-to-market translation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in AI/ML or quantum computing implementation
- Experience with emerging tech forecasting and scenario planningStrong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or Technology Strategy preferred
