Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum algorithms, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with VPs of Product and Engineering to prioritize R&D investments for 2026 product launches
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence domains
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Experience with patent development and IP strategy for emerging technologies
