Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year tech innovation strategy aligned with market disruptions and emerging regulations
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Identify and evaluate paradigm-shifting technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Build strategic alliances with MIT Media Lab, Stanford AI, and global research institutions
- Present tech roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and engineers in rapid prototyping and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent expertise)
- Published author in IEEE/ACM journals on future tech trends
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI governance, or sustainable infrastructure
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for international partnerships
- Security clearance (Top Secret) preferred for government-funded projects
