Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology vision and long-term strategic roadmap.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) into existing products.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D initiatives to prototype and validate future solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to anticipate industry shifts and competitive threats.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering scalable technical solutions.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of data science principles and AI/ML integration.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
