Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge) that align with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native architectures capable of handling high-velocity data streams.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring milestones for the 2026 launch are met with precision.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of implementing cutting-edge technologies and adapting to rapid industry changes.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical excellence.
