Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap for AI and Quantum integration, ensuring deliverables meet the 2026 vision.
- Design and prototype next-generation neural networks using high-performance computing clusters.
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to develop algorithmic solutions for complex optimization problems.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to decentralized, future-proof architectures.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers in advanced AI methodologies.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies for emerging tech stacks and market trends.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or systems architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and C++ with a focus on performance optimization.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, forward-thinking environments.
