Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI and quantum computing frameworks tailored for enterprise deployment.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, researchers, and engineers to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready code.
- Define technical roadmaps and innovation strategies aligned with the company's 2026 vision and long-term goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, including neural networks, generative AI, and advanced algorithms.
- Ensure system security, latency optimization, and high availability across all future-tech infrastructure.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapid prototyping environments.
