Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling R&D teams and budgets
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural networks, or sustainable tech
- Published research at NeurIPS, Nature, or equivalent venues
- Experience with federal grant applications (SBIR, DARPA)
- Strong background in agile development and DevOps
