- Architect Future Roadmaps: Define and execute the technical vision for our products leading up to and through 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Pilot AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core workflows to drive efficiency.
- Emerging Tech Assessment: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing readiness, Next-Gen Web3) and assess their viability for implementation.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a high-performance research and development team focused on solving complex, forward-looking problems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for executive leadership and investors.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to scalable, modern architectures.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience (10+ years) in leading technical strategy for major software platforms or enterprise systems.
- Future Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of current AI trends and the ability to predict future technological shifts relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Technical Mastery: Expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), distributed systems, and scalability patterns.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse engineering teams through periods of rapid technological change.
