Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Lead the end-to-end definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying high-impact trends in AI, automation, and distributed systems.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee experimental technology pilots, evaluating their feasibility for integration into core product lines.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for investors and executive leadership.
- Infrastructure Planning: Architect scalable cloud and on-premise strategies that support exponential growth and data security.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and engineers focused on long-term innovation.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech shifts to anticipate market disruptions and competitor moves.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, strategy consulting, or R&D management.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), and blockchain fundamentals.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, long-term technology roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing).
