Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps for 2026+ ecosystems focusing on quantum-AI convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives in decentralized identity systems and ethical AI frameworks
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Identify and integrate breakthrough technologies from global innovation networks
- Develop patentable IP in next-gen human-computer interaction paradigms
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor talent in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, bioengineering, etc.)
- Proven track record shipping category-defining products
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of technology adoption curves and market disruption
- Exceptional systems thinking and strategic foresight
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and lean startup principles
