Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee development of futuristic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum AI integration and carbon-neutral computing
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological innovations with strategic business objectives
- Manage innovation pipelines from conceptualization through prototype validation and commercialization
- Mentor multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present breakthrough concepts to investors and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, advanced AI systems, sustainable tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic technologies
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major industry conferences
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
