Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with research institutions to translate theoretical innovations into market-ready products
- Present strategic technology visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving complex future-facing challenges
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching commercialized innovations with measurable market impact
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading international R&D teams across multiple time zones
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in futures methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
