Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, biotech interfaces)
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track implementation progress
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling solutions from concept to market
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester methodologies)
- Strong network within venture capital and academic R&D communities
- Experience with agile transformation in enterprise environments
